A memorial service has been set for Ryan Mathews, a recent graduate of Eden Theological Seminary and former student pastor at Webster Groves Christian Church.

The service, which will begin at 10 a.m., on Monday, October 17, will be held in The Chapel of the Press Building at the seminary located at 475 E. Lockwood Ave. The Chapel is on the second floor.

Word has been received that Ryan Matthews, an officer on the UCC Disabilities Ministries board of directors has died as the result of injuries from an automobile accident.

“The result is that a beautiful young man has died and the world has lost the opportunity to experience a great pastor and friend,” said Peggy Dunn, UCC DM board chair.

A service will be held at Eden Seminary on Wednesday, October 19th. More details will be published as they become available.
