I have always wondered if there is president to modify the confirmation process and celebrate this persons ongoing committment to and participation in our church family. Do you have experience with this and any resources that I could use to advocate such a process for our friend who truly is a part of our church family and I believe should be recognized as a member if he and his family and his advocates choose given our outreach to him with suggestions for a modified process.
